Or were killed to cover up. Anyways they are compatible donors. However there is something shady with recipients of organs and bones. And the others (ceo relatives/compatible donors of the deceased) had all their pictures collected and corrected so as to hide evidence of their height corrections to spare embarrassment or shame that comes with enhancement.
