Photons hit Earth constantly. But Earth rotates (1667 km/h at Equator) so shouldn't the photons hitting one side of the planet (sunrise) seem to be having more momentum (more energy, blue-shifted) compared to photons hitting the other side (sunset) of the planet because of this rotation?

Wouldn't this cause Earth's rotation to slow down over time?

Also, will everything in space that has angular momentum eventually stop spinning (photons are everywhere, background radiation) because of this?
