Is possible for base 11 to make the irrational rational? Like how 1/11 turn into repeating number but in base 11 would be 0.1. Or 10/11 is 0.090909 repeating or in base 11 is 0.a. Well could transcendental number like PI be non transcendental in other base number system? Also can there be PI base number system or must be natural number based?
