I used standard error to convert the stand dev of 2 into sample stand dev of 2/sqrt(20).
A lot of the problems online only aim to find the probably of one object in the sample conforming to the given criteria (less than 85 hrs). I don't know how to incorporate the "4" into the equation, basically.

Each one is independent right? If you know the probability of the individual being less than 85 hours, use that to figure out what the odds are that 4 burn out early and 16 don’t. Then do that again for more than 4 all the way to 20. Alternatively, find 1 - the probability that the sample contains 4 or less defective bulbs.
