Still somewhat usefull (at least Feynman lectures), but you cant understand and know it all by just reading that. There are no magic books that just explain all the different branches of science.

Name every meaningful change in biology, physics, language, music, and electronics that makes those introductory books unsuitable for an introductory study.

Its true, i am aware that you need to put in time and thought into each subject you want to learn.
But if you know Eric Weinstein, you'd know what i want to achieve, he learns one subject and interleaves/connects it to another subject

but the clearance section at Barnes and Noble has books with tiny excerpts like "250 Biological Concepts". Or "The ABCs of Mathematics".

I always thought they were kinda cool. Not good for research or developing problem solving, but good enough for coffee table reading and building knowledge
