>>11712177You don't mean evolution. You mean "common descent".
Evolution is simply change (genomes/alleles change in a population from generation to the next). Theory of evolution describes the mechanisms of change and stuff like that.
You probably don't even have anything against evolution or even the theory of evolution.
What you really have a problem with is the conclusion that life on Earth evolved from single cell organisms to large multicellular organisms, like humans, as opposed to being magically pulled out of a hat by some imaginary friend of yours who lives on top of a cloud. We call it common descent.
There is plenty of evidence for the common descent of life. In genetics (for example: look at vitamin C genetics in apes/humans/guinea pigs) and in the fossil record (for example: humans developing larger and larger brains in the past 2 million years, tripling the size over time).
Nothing can of course prove that your imaginary all-capable friend didn't just plant the evidence to fool everyone. Or that we are not just collectively dreaming about the evidence and it's not really there.
You are free to keep on believing in your magical friends but don't come whining to us that there is no evidence when there is plenty.
Pic related, it's you.
