Why is it that in humanitarian situations women make better leaders?

Countries with male leaders:
>USA: 99,561 Covid deaths
>UK: 36,914 Covid deaths
>Brazil: 22,965 Covid deaths
>Italy: 32,877 Covid deaths
>Spain: 28,752 Covid deaths

Female leaders
>New Zealand: 21 Covid deaths
>Taiwan: 7 Covid deaths
>Hong Kong: 4 Covid deaths
>Norway: 235 Covid deaths
>Germany: 8395 Covid deaths

It's interesting to see the disparity. If I were to hazard a guess, women are generally a lot more empathetic and caring and saving lives appeals more to them than a swaggering, 'macho' male.
