if that doesnt work, learn the underlying structure of the reimann integral, infinite sum of infinitely thin rectangles, and then practice until you die.
for lin alg, same thing. just run through the motions until it becomes second nature. matrix multiplication, addition, finding eigen anythings, basis, whatever.
if you need a refresher on any lin alg stuff, i recommend the 3blue1brown video series essence of linear algebra. it covers all of first year alg iirc
