bros, how can i study efficiently living with my parents ?

i get easily distracted by them and when i get distracted i go to the living room to spend time with them

the best time when i can study and immerse myself is at night, when everyone is sleeping, but lately i can't stay much late night, i was staying till sunrise studying before.

i was thinking to go to sleep at 9pm/21h and wake up at 4am/04:00h, any other tips? libraries are closed atm
