The way olanzapine works is it gets stuck in the dopamine receptor. (They say the receptors get regularly replaced, but they don't.)

olanzapine blocks some dopamine receptors and 5ht2a and both are affect by weed to some degree. 5ht2a gets upregulated by weed and the dopamine it releases has olanzapine blocking dopamine 2 among others so it does have some interaction

olanzapine is a very heavy medication with quite a lot of side effects. try to get prescribed a different one that's more selective for 5ht2a. 5ht2a antagonists will have less of an effect on your weed

You can't get high, and very likely no form of physical pleasure. Most likely you won't ever feel empathy either. Some kinds of pleasure like movies or music can sort of remain, but I don't remember the details, so you just have to try.

What dose of olanzapine are you on? Are you being prescribed valium or was it just a one time thing? It's usually a little weird to prescribe it because it is addicting and becomes less effective the more you take it.
