I'm not saying it's totally bad, and power to you if it's good for you, but it feels a bit like a sham.

>No explanation of how the process works, common success rates, specific experience relating to someone like you, probable time lines, how to assess efficacy, potential side effects, common criticism of the field etc.
>Sessions lack important context and guidelines (moral, science, history, culture etc.).
>Feels like mental health show business. You pay the audience for attention and occasional comments. Is it designed to give normies hope and pseudo educational entertainment?
>Positive Psychology terrorism.
>Keeps secret notes on you.

>Has a direct link to law enforcement that could get you locked up for thought crimes.
>Muh guild, don't tress pass on our lawful monopoly of helping people with this obscure technique of using speech to talk about life. The state said that you can access this treatment only if you use one of its licensed agents (at least in some countries).

You wouldn't get your car fixed by a sham, why would you subject your mind to someone who seems to likely be one?
