How do circulate the most air in a room of two window and two fans where one is a ceiling fan? This is to smoke a pipe in bed

Get another mobile fan and have one pulling air in from one window and the other pushing air out the other window.

If you are trying to get max airflow the trick is to not fight the natural flow. Open both windows because you need an inlet and an outlet. Use the lighter's flame next to the window to see which way the wind is blowing. then set the fan in the exiting window to assist this flow out. Do not use ceiling fan because it will disrupt laminar flow through the room. YMMV
