Wasn’t sure where to ask but figured this would be a good place.
So I was wondering about adding ring magnets on either end of shock absorber springs (which have oil inside in the piston) vs adding a ring magnet and a copper ring.
I’m thinking the copper ring and magnet will have gradual damping increase as they get close together.
Where as two magnets would be like a gradually stronger spring since there is a repelling force.
