How far could we push sexual dimorphism with genetic engineering? Could we isolate men to be Herculean 7'+ demigods, and women be universally petite, lithe and soft, without much overlap between the sexes? Has there ever been any notable case of exaggerating sexual dimorphism through GE or breeding in the past?
The political possibility of this being allowed is basically null for obvious reasons, and if genetic engineering be allowed at all the future designed generations will probably be all androgynous muscle freaks, but it's fun to think about what if regardless.
