Height/Beauty, but people will insist they are actually intelligent because of the Halo effect. "Success" in 90% of cases is dependent on people liking you and being mildly competent, not because you are actually talented. If you are ugly, you are fucked unless you truly are a genius (and even then you probably only gain a postmortem reputation)
