How do I improve the microbiome in my teeth? Can I swap it with someone else by disinfecting my mouth with mouth wash and then using the other persons saliva to repopulate my mouth?

Now you have to really let it sit there for a while, you can chew but you can't swallow, maybe swish/squish it around your mouth for a goof 5-10 minutes, then spit. Repeat once a day every day.

You don't want to do that. Being way too thorough with teeth washing can also be detrimental, though, it can lead to gangrene.

Yeah you are right about that, I was interested in hearing if there were any ways to improve the "good" bacteria in mouth rather than trying to kill the "bad" ones as trying to kill them leads to poor health overall.
