On mobile there's not much you can do, but theres an app called Jumbo that's good and you can use a VPN too. TOR is on mobile too.
If I am lurking and I really want to post something good (like this post), I will use Brave Browser and temporarily turn off my VPN. Also stop using Facebook retard, you deserve to be a data slave.
