I have adhd and autism. When I was a kid/teen, I was able to beat national champions at chess and learn new games fast but now in my early 20’s I just can’t think or concentrate, I struggle to learn skills and maintain them and cannot follow conversations, even games I cannot focus on anymore, I don’t know what to do. I can’t think ahead of people in games or come up with advanced strategies anymore. I’m obese and take venlafaxine for my depression and anxiety and levothyroxine for my thyroid. I just want to be normal again.
