Stopped bothering with the language I was forced to learn in highschool. Forget everything about them in a matter of months. Now I am a trilingual cripple when I could be fluent in 5 languages or more.

When i stopped lifting in my late teens, you will never gain that much so easily again, i learned it the hard way

Now in my early 30s been lifting for couple years and could barely match the gainz i made during 6 months when i was a teen
