>>11702482I think its worth considering, but unless someone figures out how to turn theory into an engineered device which functions, its pretty useless.
Supposedly, the bi field brown effect utilized pulsed energy to achieve nonlinear effects which couldn't be strictly accounted for with Newtonian mechanics.
I have seen most refutations of the effect simply a dc device within a vacuum, which isn't really what Townsend Brown described.
Nicola tesla also seemed to believe he could achieve antigravity effects, however we have no documented evidence of his theories or any working prototypes. Unfortunately, much of his research was stolen by the government and classified. Some was declassified, but not the meat and potatoes of it. He seemed to believe in scalar waves. I have seen claims that maxwell actually had equations for scalar waves, but they didn't make it into the mainstream equations that people are taught as 'maxwell's equations'.
The only other bit I have found are various rumors about nazi antigravity tech, or area 51 alien reverse engineered tech, or claims about ancient human vimana technology.
Obviously, if these were real, none of them seem to be known about in the mainstream. If it were to exist, its surely highly classified.
If its out there, I plan to find it, but I don't have any special insight as to how it could be done with currently known physics.
