the guy living in the bus is a psychopath who is also manufacturing drugs i think. his younger brother (who has no degree) lives with him now and is selling said drugs.
the fights are near constant. the felon and japanese guys even ran into my house once coming from a fight at a bar downtown. to hide. wtf.
there was also one who lived in a cult house in the berkeley hills that ran initiation rituals involving sex orgies.
