You're assuming A- we can isolate one or 2 specific activated (or uninhibited) genes that make someone horny, and B- those genes are either on or off in every cell of the body.
But if you could, I'm sure you could crispr those strands of active DNA into a cancerous string instead. I feel like your virus needs to come preloaded tho to add things, not just rearrange them.
But what of the virus finds a few cells in a grandma that still have activated genes? But her whole life the overwhelming majority of her cells added up to "not horny". You're gonna kill her too.
And vice versa if it finds some whore but lands in a patch of not horny cells and remains dormant forever?
