Well, there are 925,000 different types of insects known so far and 38,000 different types of spiders. So if we say there are 10,000 bugs of each species then there is a total of 9,630,000,000 bugs. With the current population of about 7,700,000,000 then there is more than 1 bug per person. But there is also the fact that some species have more than 10,000 insects. So, guessing that it takes about 10 bugs to kill a human ( I don't know how they'd do it, probably when we sleep ) then technically bugs and spiders could take over the world.
If we consider all of the animals in the world teaming up together then there would most definitely be enough of them.
