That's a flight suit not a true space suit. That thing is designed to be fed with forced air supply from the craft and its ok if its a little leaky.

Just visually compare the technology involved.
An EVA suit is an entire self contained life support system.

SpaceX's suit looks like something you'd wear riding a motorcycle.

It's not an EVA suit, and SpaceX intentionally chose to design their suits to look good. And that doesn't even touch on the fact that SpaceX has gone to space regularly and will continue to do so.
