if C is constant in all reference frames, that means i can never exceed lightspeed because it will always be going at C relative to me.
if i had some unlimited source of energy, does this mean i could accelerate forever and never reach C? not because of a lack of energy, but because light would appear to speed up to match my own pace.
what would a stationary observer see if this happened?
