I am currently pursuing a PhD in IP law. I have interest in pharmacology and biotechnology from an IP/patent perspective. Most of my current knowledge comes from what I remember from my highschool biology and chemistry classes and the econ and law literature that I read on the two respective areas. I have some spare time where I could start reading more on the subjects. My goal is to have a solid grasp of the basics so I apply them more easily in the legal context. What would be your suggestions on how to approach this?
