Unless you talkin in a very general sense oh, how you feeling and then it's rare for everybody, to be able to say I don't know about almost everything.
But it's more of a specific concept rather than a general concept.
It's a matter of actually playing some win-lose games, and developing a competence.
It's not an IQ thing or an intelligent versus dumb thing. The dunning-kruger has become an often posted meme oh, but there is some truth to the concept. The biggest truth pertains to those thinking and speaking on a subject socially, rather than intellectually, without knowing the difference.
