Heya /sci, I was wondering if you could poke some holes into this argument I came up with a few years ago. Nobody I've told it to has been able to do so thus far, but I'm sure it has to be wrong somehow. I mean, the implications are far too pleasant for it to hold up in this crapsack universe.
That said, here it is:
The premises:
1. There are no miracles; All events occur only within the know laws of nature.
2. Anything that has happened, will eventually happen again by sheer chance given enough time.
3. You are concious.
Given these premises, we can conclude that it is inevitable that your conciousness will eventually reoccur after your current life comes to an end.
