Is there any categorization of the range of problems we can solve?

As in do certain problems map to certain solution sets that help provide the boundaries of WORTH OUR FUCKING TIME, or not, equations?

I feel like making a public database of economic human action points vs IF YOU JUST LET A COMPUTER DO YOUR JOB THE ECONOMY WOULD ACTUALLY BE BETTER. Could be a glorified 'this is what your job actually costs the economy in real dollar value!'
