if and when trans-humanism is a thing trannies and furfags could actually be their delusions so i don't see the issue desu. that said it's hard to know when it'll really get ramping up. we are currently in lag but when log hits, it'll spiral fast. i think the primary focus rn should be ai, with that all the rest will trickle down.

those things are developing even slower tbf. i think the biggest issue is we're almost at the intellectual saturation point with human brains. gains have slowed down despite the effort ramping up substantially. so sure we have more publications and researchers than ever but things have become so complex. where historically it'd require a handful of high iqs and a paper or two we now need teams of high iqs and many papers. ai is a necessary augment to speed up the rate of development in everything.

ai can help with that, one of the biggest concerns with gene therapy and bionics is that it's incredibly chaotic
also the 4 largest corporations are also industry AI leaders so like, that's where the money is going atm
