what movements do I need to perform to cancel out the movements at the local scale, and can I harness energy from the large scale movements, Or
how can I cancel out the large scale movements, and will energy at the now altered local scale movement be available for harvesting?

why is it that we can't harvest energy from the rotation of the earth? or the earths rotation about the sun, or the solar systems rotation abut the galaxy? sounds like a lot of energy just asking to be harvested
