No. Some phenomena it's inherently impossible to compute the outcome, even with infinite computing. If you're computing it, then it must be by definition countable, but some things, like chaotic systems, are composed of uncountable infinities.

Consider this:

As the universe expands, the areas beyond the observable universe get further away and anything outside of this boundary is causally disconnected.

and,

Can the computer compute itself, ever? Does it need to? Can it make itself causally disconnected from the observable universe that it is computing? If it goes outside of the observable universe after taking a measurement can it still accurately predict?

As long as the computer is in "another universe" it shouldn't have a problem computing one other universe.

How about parallel universes?
