Get on your back and pull on your feet, stand and push on a desk/table and bend head down, and breathe timm you feel discomfort in the back. Now focus! That discomfort is gas or pooh or liquids in excess. Don’t try to move to make the pain go away or you will contort you back into a scoliosis. Instead try to makimize the feeling till you fart or shit or burp.
Stand next to bed with hands on bed and vigorously jump/rock weight to hand and back to feet while clenching abs, this will help you burp.
Sit at a desk with weight on one elbow, this xill help burp and fart.
Also edging can help push burps out.
And lots of water.
