Making the following assumptions:
1. The lovecraftian horror in question could exist and isn’t ruled out by having strictly impossible features like being all knowing, all powerful, etc...
2. Assuming the universe is infinitely big.
3. Assuming the universe is at least approximately homogeneous.
4. Assuming the universe is sufficiently random in a sense similar to the condition on “normal” numbers.

Conclusions:
1. Yes they exist with probability one.
2. Since the universe is so big, you will probably not interact with any unless you actively try to create them à la roko’s basilisk.
