If I run an experiment once and collect results from it, it's not considered statistically significant results. How many experimental runs are needed for significance? I've been told 15, 30, 50, 150 before.

If I run my experiment 50 times and aggregate the data; even if I run it 500 times and do the same, the data aggregates look the same. Does this mean 50 runs is enough?
