This is a quick easy solution, objectively superior, i should be crwoned king of the world for comign up with it and better than jesus for giving it away for free:

Step 1: buy 5 tests for each person in your country, buy or recomission a couple of school buses and start buying and/or reacondition places in remote locations until you have enough to house the expected maximum sick people.

Step 2:
ultra strong quarantine for a couple of weeks, test house per house, each house that gets tested gets ABSOLUTELY SEALED, anyone leaving gets shot absolute military law.

Anyone who gets positive gets instantly taken away to summer camp via the school buses.

In summer camp you can only exit either dead or once you proven you have antibodies=inmunity.

once ALL the sick has been taken away to summer camp in a region you can enable 100% of economic activity in that area with strong border restriction, keep doing this until your whole country is working. Everything that comes from abroad gets sanitized, anyone who comes from abroad gets tested and if they test positive straight to summer camp.

From now on life is normal, you just keep doing random tests and whoever tests positive: you guessed it, straight to summer camp, also implement extreme penalties for underreporting symptoms or knowledge of infected, also for fucking with the stuff of people who are away at summer camp. For good or for worse you dont spend more than 2-4weeks at summer camp, you either die or get inmunity.

this could be done in 1 month and altough it would cause oposition, cost money and require a strong heavy hand it would grant whichever country that does it the chance to 100% open its economy without any of the disruption for corona, this would be a huge advantage in todays economy and result in enormous benefits.
