China's only BSL4 lab is, as you all no doubt already know at this stage, is located in Wuhan and was opened only a couple of years ago. Since its opening a few years ago, scientists in the West have repeatedly been saying the Chinks wouldn't be able to properly run it and it'd only be a question of time before a major accident there occurred.
So is that what happened? Case closed? Hold on. You also must factor in that people have been systematically mentally conditioned to get ready for a mass pandemic and mass vaccination campaign, for many years now, via the entertainment industry. Here are just a few examples:

That's a bit tricky to explain and seems illogical (and it is). But they do it because they believe that if they tell the public in advance what they're going to do, it gives them some sort of divine right to do it - because people have been warned/informed.
