hello. I am retarded and cant solve this problem. I have correctly obtained the general solution: $y(t) = ce^{3t}+\frac{2}{3}$
But I do not understand the initial value problem. I have tried: $y(1)=1=c_1e^{3}+\frac{2}{3}$ which yields $c_1=0.0165$
However the book says the answer is $c_1=\frac{5}{3}$ why my brain is so poopoo? please help poopy brain :D
