How long does antiphychotic withdrawal last for?

i quit rispiridone cuz of fucked up side effects and a few days later i was blinking constantly (but i was thinking spirits were communicating with me when i closed my eyes).

I am on abilify now and it has been almost a month since the blinking started which was caused by discontinuing rispiridone.

How long is this meant to last?
My eyes will start bleeding soon if the blinking does not stop.

It kind of stopped a bit for 2 days 6 days ago, but just came back worse than ever.
