For me dreams have since childhood been horrifyingly real even if they were not nightmares. Most of the time i can remember a dream fully and always interpret it´s metaphoric meaning after a couple minutes of pondering and thus far acting on my interpretation of said metaphor in the real world has gone the "bad feeling" or dreams go away so i´d say im spot on there. To me dreams are like a time-shifting maze where i jump between the beginning and the end like skipping randomly forwards and backwards on a movie by clicking on the timer-meter and sometimes it feels like it´s a super-fast forwarded movie but with super in-depth detail regardless of speed. And surprise surprise, the "most important" moments are always slowed down or halted to a picture for a longer pause, or in the case of a voice (for example words that serve to act as a reminder or w/e) it all turns to black and or either a very plain picture that represents that words most powerful meaning to me is "put before me" as the sound plays. What´s trippy about my dreams is that they feel kind of like "enchanced reality" as in it´s kind of like im on some sort of a drug that enhances feeling like mdma or what have you and they feel vividly real the same way a situation where your feelings are at peak in a "happy" or "scary" situation depending on what the dream is about. Atleast to my memory, my dreams are never "random and obscure", they always tell me what im fucking up or doing right. The spooky bit is when the dream feels more real than reality regardless of the nature of the dream and when i wake up i wonder where the fuck i am and how do i get back, and that´s not in a sad way it´s just the dream feels more real until i get a hold of reality again.
