the shifting pole means the core is beginning to change its own direction of rotation. u see u thought the poles would flip, and we'd all get sunfucked in the process. u were wrong, they lied, it's much worse
what happens is the core shifts its direction of rotation by about 30 degrees, and then the mantle and the crust must shift their own direction of rotation to match that of the cores new direction
now the earth spins at about 1000mph, if that direction changed, you're gonna get hypersonic miles high walls of ocean, mountains shifting like ferns in the wind, entire continents Makin sweet love with one another. remember the mammoth with flowers in its mouth frozen so fast it could've been defrosted and eaten? yep
