how cute it looks like OP is beginning to become self aware. I had a similar revelation, where afterwards I found myself stroking my chin when thinking (and not in a performative kind of way) and dropping my jaw when truly awestruck, which I think has happened once or twice the past few years. It’s a fun experience to realize that you exist as not just a brain but an entire body. You also start to notice things like posture and body language in yourself and other people. An exciting time for OP I’m sure!
