Go all the way down our theoretical structures and you will find intuitive but still subjective assumptions. What do you guys think would be a good set for a scientist? For example, I think rejecting solipsism is necessary to be a good scientist, and seeking to understand the universe should be our highest priority, regardless if we ourselves will be long dead and ignoring the possibility that it's a futile effort.
