female research is always recognizable by 2 things:
1. it doesn't cause any controversy
2. it is always catered to please the larger audience
nothing pleases females more than pleasing others and getting recognition by (paternal) authority figures (perceived ones in most cases)
ironically this is also true for very old females, who will admire mostly dead , male authority figures from their own field
females are eternal children and if you treat them as such they will respect you more
