No such thing as the "smartest". Intelligence is just a model, and shouldn't be separated from how it manifests itself. This isn't an RPG with stat-numbers. Some people have original thoughts, some of them stick and some of those prove useful in manipulating reality or explaining other things, but few are comparable on some linear rating scale (the only exception being when two people independently make the same discovery, of which one discovers additional details the other has missed). All we can tell for sure is that certain people are inclined to having certain ideas that prove useful in reaching certain goals.
