Problem 13.2 16 is the perimeter of the human's walk, and 15 its area, though walking probably only applies to perimter, while the goat's area is pi, and it's perimeter 2*pi. Therefore if the perimeter and only the perimeter is counted then the goat will have already gone through the whole "field" twice in fact and would be more or less half the circle.
