That book is absolute garbage and has zero scientific value whatsoever. It's pure Jewish quackery. It's based on Jewish concepts like Einsteinian Relativity and nonsensical trash like "quantum mechanics" -- in other words the book has almost zero basis in reality. It doesn't deal with real physics, and doesn't deal with real science. So much for the title. But the title isn't surprising.
