here is my attempt at this

/v/ skips posts ending with 11, 22, 33... 99, it does not skip 00

so for every set of 100 posts, it skips 9 of them (9%)
507760445 * 0.91 = 462062004 posts

Supposing we don't count 00 as a double, every 100 posts skips 9 numbers. There are 5077604 hundreds to get to 507760400. There are then also the last 11, 22, 33, and 44 to get to 507760445. So in total there are
