If you have a boy and girl twins and they then had a kids. Would the kids be identical to the parent (boy identical to father/daughter identical to mother) ?

Boy/Girl sets of twins are always going to be fraternal twins, and never identical twins. If they were identical twins, they would be the same sex.

It wouldn't be any different than just having children with a sibling.
