Why is the speed of causality/light exactly 299 792 458 m / s? I understand that it's the speed of time basically, but why is it that number? Why isn't it 299792457m/s? Is it just random? When the Universe initially began it's expansion that number just arbitrarily became the speed of causality? Am I even asking the right question?
